Sihi

Sihi Cymbals are designed in Finland, forged with great care in Istanbul. Ville Junttila, Founder of Sihi Cymbals, played thousands of cymbals during his years as a drum store owner, selling new & used cymbals. While Finland does not have a strong tradition in cymbal making, he collaborated with expert cymbalsmiths from Istanbul, Turkey to create and bring traditional, legendary turkish cymbals to Finland. “Sihi” comes from the Finnish word”  “sihisee”  which translates to "sizzles" in English.
