Purchase Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Cymbal Swap! We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

1.1. Eligibility: You may return a cymbal for store credit within 7 days from the receipt of delivery of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The cymbal is in its original, unused condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included.
  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is provided.

New cymbals that show signs of use require a 25% restocking fee. Used cymbals require a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fees will be deducted from the store credit amount.

1.2. Exclusions: The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Cymbals that show signs of damage.
  • Customized or personalized cymbals.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

2. Return Process

2.1. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@cymbalswap.com to request a return & shipping label.
  2. Pack the cymbal securely in its original packaging, along with a copy of the return confirmation email, and send it to the address provided.

2.2. Return Shipping: You are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part. The shipping fees will be deducted from the store credit amount.

2.3. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your returned cymbal, it will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 days.

3. Refunds

3.1. Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued as store credit to your Cymbal Swap account.

3.2. Timing of Refund: Please allow 3-5 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

4. Warranty

4.1. New cymbals may come with a factory warranty from the manufacturer, check with the manufacturer if you have any questions regarding their warranty policy.
